As GM and Owner of KTM, a precision metal manufacturing company, Brian orchestrated a transformative shift in the manufacturing processes, leveraging cutting-edge technologies like CNC machining, CAD, and CAM. This strategic move not only modernized operations, but also established KTM as an industry leader in precision metal manufacturing. Brian's commitment to excellence is underscored by the implementation of a robust quality system, resulting in prestigious certifications in AS9100 and ISO2001. Managing a dynamic team of 25+ professionals. Brian has successfully execute projects with precision and efficiency, maintaining KTM's reputation for delivering top-tier results, a standard essential for manufacturing flight parts.
And now as the current President and CEO, Brian Albert brings a rare blend of hands-on experience and advanced operational expertise to the roofing industry.

Brian’s expertise extends beyond manufacturing, especially in navigating complex challenges in the roofing industry. As a licensed Public Adjuster in IL, he brings a comprehensive skill set to handle diverse scenarios for Kosarek Construction Company. Whether it’s assessing damages, negotiating with insurance companies, or ensuring fair compensation for roofing clients, Brian’s role as a Public Adjuster enhances Kosarek’s ability to provide comprehensive and effective roofing solutions.

When he’s not managing roofing crews or reviewing estimates, Brian enjoys playing basketball, spending time with family, riding motorcycles, and experimenting in the kitchen. That balance of hard work and human connection carries over to every project we take on.
